What We Learned in 2019
As 2020 approaches, it’s the perfect time to reflect on this past year. As a dental office, one of the ways we can do that is by combing through our experiences with patients and determining how well we’re serving them—both as professionals and as people. This is one reason why reviews are so valuable to us; we’re able to look back on them and determine what we’re doing well and what we need to hone in on and improve in the coming year.
The reviews that our patients leave are a learning tool for us, but they’re also a great way for us to remember events in the year and to be proud of what our staff at Millennium Dental has accomplished. “I don’t recall EVER having a doctor call me at home at 7:45 at night after a procedure to ask how I am doing! Dr. Harrison did just that. My husband said that she’s an old-fashioned type of doctor and I said, ‘I guess so, but I’ve never had one call me before.’” – Susan B.
